You may pay for any of our products by VISA (credit and debit cards accepted), MasterCard (credit and debit cards accepted), Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Venmo.

 

Returns and Exchanges

At Worldknits it is our goal to make sure each and every customer is completely satisfied. If you have a problem with your order please contact us so that we may correct it.

  • Digital Goods: Unfortunately, due to their nature, digital pdf downloads and premium tutorial subscriptions cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Physical Items: Please contact us within 30 days of placing your order to initiate a return or exchange of items that have not been used and are in their original condition. Once we receive the item we will issue you a full refund for the cost of the product via your original method of payment (unfortunately we are unable to reimburse any shipping costs). Please note: We are unable to accept damaged items or incomplete orders for return.

 

Shipping Information

All orders ship from the United States. 

  • Domestic Orders: Most orders arrive within 1 week from our facility in the USA. Some exclusions apply.

  • Canada, Western Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Korea: Most international shipments arrive within 10 to 14 business days. Some exclusions apply.

  • Other International Delivery: We are only able to ship to a limited set of countries at this time.

Shipping Rates

  • United States: Shipping is calculated based on weight.

  • Canada: Shipping and handling is a flat rate of $35 USD - prices in Canadian dollar will fluctuate with exchange rates.

  • Australia & New Zealand: Shipping and handling is a flat rate of $45 USD - prices in local currency can fluctuate with exchange rates.

  • Europe: Shipping and handling is a flat rate of $45 USD - prices in local currency can fluctuate with exchange rates.

  • Japan & Korea: Shipping and handling is a flat rate of $45 USD - prices in local currency can fluctuate with exchange rates.

If you do not see your country listed above, we do not ship to your country at this time. Some restrictions apply for items not shipped from our warehouse. Please note: Orders delivered outside of the U.S. are not eligible for upgraded shipping options or free shipping offers. Customers are responsible for all fees and tariffs associated with the delivery.
