Entrelac Scarf (Session 1)

Entrelac is a technique that leaves you wondering, how do you knit that? This class will teach you step by step through completing an entrelac scarf how exactly to knit the diamond pattern that is entrelac.

Session 1 Class meets on Tuesday, April 14 from 10:00am-1:00pm.  Because this class is meeting over the lunch hour please feel free to bring something to eat while we work.

Class Fee $50

Materials Please have the following materials and yarn balled before class begins:

  • worsted weight yarn, approximately 400 yards
  • US 7 (4.5mm) needle, or size necessary to obtain correct gauge 
  • Darning needle
  • Pattern will be provided by your instructor

Skills Needed The ability to knit, purl, increase and decrease

Homework None.

Please note that this is a 3-hour class. Students will not complete the scarf during class time, but will leave the class having started the scarf and with all skills necessary to complete it.
